Supports right-of-way acquisition for transportation projects by contacting property owners, inspecting impacted properties, assisting with appraisal reports, researching comparable sales and courthouse records, acquiring land and easements under eminent domain laws, and compiling title-report data. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, a bachelor's degree or equivalent right-of-way experience, and a valid driver's license with required travel.

Develops electrical engineering construction documents, designs, specifications, calculations, cost estimates, material takeoffs, and construction support. Responsibilities include power distribution, protection and coordination, grounding, load flow calculations, equipment specifications, and NEC-compliant designs for infrastructure projects.

Assists engineers with transportation project plans, design tasks, 3D modeling, specifications, reports, cost estimates, project documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Ensures accurate, high-quality work is delivered on schedule and within budget while learning standard design software.
