Lead traffic engineering design tasks and projects: prepare signing/striping, lighting, signals, ITS, intersections, and MOT plans; perform basic traffic simulation and impact analyses; review plans, specs, and cost estimates; perform QA/QC; prepare reports and feasibility studies; support project pursuits and client relations.

Serve as project manager for highway design-build projects from pursuit through delivery. Lead multidisciplinary design teams, coordinate with construction partners, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality, ensure NCDOT/FHWA compliance, oversee design and constructability reviews, support pursuits and mentoring, and promote safety and project integrity.

Lead drainage and hydraulic design efforts for stormwater projects. Manage reports and costs, provide technical guidance, and collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects.
