Provides contract administration and project support for engineering and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing contract documentation, milestones, amendments, budgets, invoicing, reporting, compliance, project setup, and closeout activities. The role coordinates with project teams, clients, subcontractors, finance, and operations; supports recruiting and hiring processes; and assists with business development, marketing events, presentations, and process improvements.

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, force mains, and collection systems. Prepare engineering studies, calculations, plans, specifications, and reports; perform hydraulic analyses; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; support permitting and construction services; manage project tasks and client communications; and mentor junior staff.

Leads transportation drainage projects from proposals and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis through PS&E deliverables and final reports. Manages budgets, schedules, resources, contracts, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and client relationships. Provides technical guidance on drainage challenges, supports business development and negotiations, and mentors team members. Requires extensive transportation drainage experience, Massachusetts PE licensure, civil or environmental engineering education, and expertise with drainage modeling and design tools.
