Leads multiple construction projects or a market sector, overseeing business development, preconstruction, client relations, contract negotiations, project execution, and warranty. Manages Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure schedule, cost control, quality, and profitability. Responsible for permits, insurance, subcontractor contracts, change orders, closeout, and team performance and development.
