Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, inspections, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, OSHA training, risk assessments, ISO management systems, hazard communication, industrial hygiene, emergency response, contractor management, environmental reporting, and sustainability initiatives.

Sells advanced ceramic powder products and services to new and existing customers across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship development, needs assessment, technical support, quoting, contract and proposal preparation, product demonstrations, forecasting, sales reporting, and coordinating customer activities with internal teams. The role is remote, preferably in the eastern United States, and requires approximately 50% nationwide travel.

Performs production activities across reduction, mixing, metal tablets, and HMT operations. Handles materials using forklifts and overhead cranes, operates presses, performs weighing, grinding, screening, packaging, labeling, inventory support, and equipment checklists. Participates in 5S, TPM, safety meetings, process improvements, and quality procedures while using ERP, production, improvement, and laboratory systems.
