Supports and improves iron powder manufacturing processes to reduce costs, increase production, improve quality, and maintain safety. Troubleshoots equipment and process issues, develops FMEAs, coordinates equipment and contractor services, ensures quality guidelines, maintains inventory records, investigates incidents and complaints, and implements corrective actions. The role also trains production personnel, prepares engineering reports, and collaborates with Supply Chain and subcontractors.

Administer and improve global network and server infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and virtualization platforms. Troubleshoot incidents in business-critical environments, strengthen IT security, maintain technical documentation, and lead infrastructure initiatives and implementations in collaboration with international stakeholders.

The Senior Engineer is responsible for CSI analysis, project development, conducting training, and leading technical investigations, while also monitoring competitor activities and engaging in technical marketing.
