Lead and scale a design function across products by managing day-to-day team operations, intake and prioritization processes, workload and delivery quality. Collaborate with product and art leadership, review and provide actionable feedback on designs, support designers' growth and performance reviews, introduce AI tools to workflows, optimize production processes, and contribute hands-on during high workload periods.
