Manage cost booking, vendor billing, cash flow statements, budgets, work orders, and subcontract amendments. Coordinate site teams, consultants, and contractors while resolving drawing, quality, and location issues. The role requires civil engineering qualifications, substantial water pipeline experience, and strong SCADA knowledge.

Develop and maintain Inspection and Test Plans for water and civil engineering projects. Ensure quality-control resources, calibrated instruments, and equipment are available. Review supplier and contractor documents, verify client specifications, address quality complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with clients and project teams while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
