Processes and reconciles vendor invoices, payments, statements, and accounts payable discrepancies using automated and AI-driven systems. Monitors AI performance, investigates exceptions, identifies duplicate payments and process improvements, and supports technology testing and implementation. The role also coordinates with vendors and internal teams, maintains process documentation, ensures eligible early-payment discounts are captured, and supports audits.

Matches and analyzes daily movements in an ETRM system, maintains deals and automatcher rules, resolves matching exceptions, and generates billing and payable transactions. Reconciles delivered gallons, product, freight, and accessorial fees; prepares accounting reports, audit support, and month-end materials. Requires strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, with collaboration across teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate daily accounting activity.

Manages customer credit risk through financial statement analysis, credit line and payment-term decisions, accounts receivable monitoring, delinquency and bad-debt reduction, collections, dispute resolution, and security documentation. Partners with Sales, customers, suppliers, and internal departments on order-to-cash matters. Maintains credit platforms, reporting, policies, metrics, and process improvements, including AI solution implementation.
