Perform clinical, microscopic, and bacteriological diagnostic tests across bacteriology, hematology, chemistry, serology, and immunohematology. Receive and assess specimens, run and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, record and report results per regulatory standards (CLIA, AABB, FDA), and support quality patient care.

Provide comprehensive nursing care in ER and medical-surgical settings using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Perform admissions, hourly rounding, teaching, pain management, emergency interventions, documentation, care coordination, and discharge evaluations while collaborating with the healthcare team and following infection control and nursing standards.
