Provide comprehensive nursing care in an outpatient clinic: assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patients; assist providers with exams and minor procedures; administer medications and immunizations; perform office lab tests; manage EHR documentation, triage calls, coordinate referrals, and educate patients and families while ensuring safety and infection control.

Provide comprehensive nursing care in ER and medical-surgical settings using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Perform admissions, hourly rounding, teaching, pain management, emergency interventions, documentation, care coordination, and discharge evaluations while collaborating with the healthcare team and following infection control and nursing standards.
