Build and deploy customer-specific web applications end to end using AI coding tools. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution design, development, cloud deployment, onboarding, training, maintenance, bug fixing, feature development, and customer support. The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams, ownership of production software, database and cloud experience, and work overlap with US customers from an onsite Bengaluru location.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to U.S. B2B manufacturing companies through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email. Qualify prospects using ICP, BANT, PAINT, and MEDDIC methodologies; handle objections; book qualified sales meetings; coordinate handoffs with Account Executives; and maintain structured CRM records.

Own end-to-end technical implementations for new customers, including reviewing infrastructure, configuring domains and web systems, launching setups, and verifying results. Diagnose issues involving websites, APIs, DNS, networking, CDNs, and hosting. Communicate directly with customers and technical partners, explain fixes clearly, document recurring solutions, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong web infrastructure troubleshooting, investigative skills, independent ownership, and US-hours availability.
