Partner with cofounders to drive company priorities, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution. Own high-impact projects, build systems for goals, hiring, performance, and metrics, manage the company operations team, and act as a leadership force multiplier. The role requires startup experience, direct people management, strong operational ownership, concise writing, and the ability to challenge and execute leadership decisions.

Build and deploy customer-specific web applications end to end using AI coding tools. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution design, development, cloud deployment, onboarding, training, maintenance, bug fixing, feature development, and customer support. The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams, ownership of production software, database and cloud experience, and work overlap with US customers from an onsite Bengaluru location.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to U.S. B2B manufacturing companies through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email. Qualify prospects using ICP, BANT, PAINT, and MEDDIC methodologies; handle objections; book qualified sales meetings; coordinate handoffs with Account Executives; and maintain structured CRM records.
