Oversee the development and production of a 2D animated series, managing budgets, schedules, workflows, staffing, contracts, vendors, client communication, and cross-department coordination. Lead artists, writers, and technical teams while supporting the creative vision, maintaining quality standards, managing production notes, and adapting priorities to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.

Lead development, maintenance and optimization of the studio's USD pipeline, extending workflows into Houdini, lighting and rendering. Mentor junior TDs, define pipeline strategy, build and maintain tools/integrations (Shotgun, Deadline, GitLab), document workflows, and collaborate across teams to solve pipeline issues and automate artist workflows.

Lead international content sales and business development for animated IP: source partners, pitch, negotiate contracts, manage accounts, coordinate delivery and invoicing, secure financing, drive licensing/merchandising opportunities, represent the company at markets, and report sales forecasts using CRM.
