Leads day-to-day academic and operational functions for radiologic technology programs. Supports students and faculty, teaches didactic and laboratory courses, oversees radiation protection compliance, coordinates clinical education and affiliates, monitors grades and attendance, participates in faculty evaluations and hiring recommendations, and supports accreditation, advisory, and improvement activities.

Manage daily clinical internships for ultrasound students, including clinical site placement, attendance, competency tracking, student progress, documentation, and communication with clinical instructors. Maintain affiliated clinical sites, learn site protocols, monitor lab classes, and coordinate with program directors on curriculum and clinical updates. The role may also assist with classroom instruction under program leadership.

Advises students on financial aid eligibility, applications, tuition adjustments, loans, grants, scholarships, VA benefits, and payment plans. Packages and updates awards in tracking systems, performs Tuition Adjustment and Return to Title IV calculations, and conducts exit interviews for withdrawing, leave-of-absence, or graduating students. Explains unfunded balances and secures payment plans before program start while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
