Manages resort HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS and employee records, benefits and COBRA administration, compliance, employee relations, reporting, and administrative support. The role serves as a resource for employees and managers, maintains confidentiality, supports recruitment and training, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Full bilingual English and Spanish fluency is required.

Supports housekeeping by delivering linens and supplies, cleaning public areas, maintaining storage rooms, and assisting with furniture setup. Requires physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and operate housekeeping carts. Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is advantageous, while teamwork and communication skills are important.

Manage all aspects of internal and external events from inquiry through execution: create and service BEOs, conduct client tours, consult on menus, coordinate vendors and logistics, manage invoices/payments and budgets, oversee setups and on-site event execution, and serve as primary client contact.

Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services. Assist with training, scheduling, operations (check-in/out, room assignments), guest issue resolution, use OPERA and HotSos, coordinate with departments, monitor payroll, prepare performance reports, and cover staff during peak times to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
