Manages commercial projects from sale through final billing, coordinating order reviews, architectural submittals, materials procurement, product assembly, delivery, installation, service, punch lists, and closeout documentation. Represents the organization on project sites, performs field measurements, identifies construction issues, develops solutions, and maintains strong customer service while coordinating with sales teams, customers, vendors, and installation personnel.

Develop and execute a territory business plan to acquire new builder, contractor, remodeler, and replacement company accounts. Prospect via cold calling and permit research, conduct take-offs, propose window and door solutions, attend select events, and maintain product and competitor knowledge.

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate qualified leads for Pella Windows & Doors. Educate homeowners on products, financing, and incentives; schedule sales appointments; record accurate lead and interaction data; follow up to nurture prospects; collaborate with sales to improve lead conversion.
