Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ calls/touchpoints/day), schedule appointments for Outside Sales, maintain accurate CRM records, research leads/permits, learn product and sales processes, occasionally accompany field sales, and meet individual/team performance metrics to progress to Outside Sales.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: post jobs, screen and interview candidates, build pipelines through campus and community outreach, passive sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean/xray), deliver candidate experience, support hiring managers, negotiate offers, and run internship/early talent programs.

Sell Pella windows and doors to local builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies. Generate new accounts via cold calling, permit research, trade events, and onsite visits. Prepare take-offs, propose window and door solutions, maintain product and competitor knowledge, and follow company policies.
