Participate in a six-month consulting accelerator while contributing to client engagements, research, analysis, presentations, models, reports, proposals, and internal initiatives. Develop consulting capabilities through mentorship, coaching, and structured learning while progressing toward independent client delivery and engagement leadership. The role requires strong analytical thinking, initiative, communication, adaptability, ownership, and the ability to manage ambiguous information and varied responsibilities across client service, business development, and firm-building activities.

Lead client consulting engagements from initiation through delivery, owning workstreams, guiding teams, resolving ambiguity, and delivering practical solutions across people, processes, and technology. Partner with client stakeholders and senior leaders to align priorities, drive cross-functional outcomes, support project delivery, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships. Apply consulting frameworks and expertise in areas such as program management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, and business strategy.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead clients and teams to deliver impactful results, identify growth opportunities, and solve complex problems, while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
