Supports daily workplace hospitality and office operations, including conference room and kitchen readiness, supply inventory, workspace setup, administrative records, expense reimbursements, vendor coordination, and internal or client-facing events. Provides on-site event assistance, including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support. Maintains a professional, welcoming, organized, and confidential environment for attorneys, employees, clients, and visitors.

Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, networking, telephony, and video conferencing. Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets and inventory, configure devices, assist onboarding, train users, maintain knowledge base, and escalate complex problems to IT staff. Support conference room setups and perform moves/adds/changes.

Collect, clean, transform, analyze, and maintain fund and CRM data related to venture and growth equity. Ensure data quality, manage databases and taxonomies, conduct statistical analysis, create dashboards and reports, and track market and competitive activity. Partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams to deliver insights supporting fund practice decisions and business development.
