Supports firm-wide content strategy through editing, formatting, content library management, editorial coordination, pitch material maintenance, metadata and archiving updates, and brand-standard enforcement. Collaborates with marketing, creative, social media, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams. Also helps maintain an AI hub, prompt library, and content workflow best practices while tracking projects and deadlines.

Leads the firmwide events strategy, calendar, budget, vendor relationships, and team. Aligns client, business-development, brand, and employee events with organizational priorities; advises senior stakeholders; oversees high-visibility event execution; establishes standards and scalable processes; and measures event ROI and KPIs. The role is primarily strategic leadership and oversight, with occasional travel and evening, weekend, or early-morning commitments.

Develops and executes firmwide internal communications strategy, campaigns, content, and channel management. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate strategic priorities, organizational changes, and cultural initiatives. Creates executive messages, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, FAQs, and communication toolkits; manages editorial standards, calendars, governance, and publishing workflows. Uses engagement data and employee feedback to improve communications while supporting leaders across a complex professional-services organization.
