Receive and unload incoming shipments, move product to warehouse locations using powered equipment (minimum 50% of time), scan and enter quantities and POs, mark and sort materials, maintain organized and safe work areas, perform light cleaning, and complete other assigned duties.

Process high volumes of physical and electronic invoices for trade vendors, reconcile vendor statements, monitor open receipts and unmatched invoices, research and resolve payment issues, and communicate with retail staff and vendors to ensure timely, accurate payments.

Lead design and implement HR workflow automation and integrations using ServiceNow and related platforms. Build scalable workflows, partner with HR/IT/Analytics, manage implementation, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement, and use operational data to identify automation opportunities.
