Build and maintain relationships with K-12 music educators and administrators to drive rentals, repairs, and product sales. Manage territory outreach, pipeline tracking in Salesforce, respond to leads, coordinate events with local stores, and ensure educator support by partnering with logistics and repair teams. Travel within assigned territory and represent Music & Arts at community and school events.

Drive territory growth by building relationships with music educators and school decision-makers. Manage pipeline and Salesforce, create new rental/repair/product programs, host community and in-store events, resolve educator issues, and collaborate with stores and logistics to support school music programs.

The Education Account Manager builds relationships with schools, drives sales growth, engages with the music community, and provides customer support. They manage territory outreach, sales pipelines, and collaborate with local stores for community events.
