Build and manage relationships with school music educators, administrators, and districts across an assigned territory. Drive rental, repair, product, renewal, and program growth through outreach, school visits, territory planning, and pipeline management in Salesforce. Partner with stores, logistics, repair shops, and customer service to resolve educator needs. Organize community and educator events, promote store resources, and provide responsive account support.

Moves and sorts products from receiving docks to warehouse storage locations using powered equipment. Unloads shipments, verifies products against purchase orders and packing lists, labels materials, and maintains orderly warehouse and work areas.

Manages the lessons customer experience, builds and maintains a student base, and drives student acquisition, sign-ups, scheduling, and sales performance. Conducts outbound calls, communicates program value, resolves issues involving lessons, instructors, billing, scheduling, and policies, and maintains program quality standards. The role also requires accurate administrative work, troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration in a hybrid, on-site environment.
