Drive rental, repair, product, renewal, and program-growth sales; maintain Salesforce pipeline records; conduct outreach and school visits; coordinate with stores, repair shops, customer service, and logistics partners; and support educator events and community engagement initiatives.

Supports used and vintage instrument operations through acquisition and inventory guidance, markdown and listing updates, issue routing, policy support, counterfeit concerns, platform testing, reporting, competitor monitoring, and website quality control. The role coordinates with multiple enterprise teams and requires used instrument market knowledge, authentication and valuation expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an understanding of marketing and promotions.
