Develop and maintain custom audiovisual control-system programs, control code, graphical user interfaces, and technical documentation. Coordinate with engineering, clients, and project teams on requirements and approvals. Support commissioning, testing, training, troubleshooting, system integration, and production support for complex AV systems while meeting project deadlines and client expectations.

The Commercial Project Engineer serves as the technical liaison throughout commercial AV integration projects. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, bills of materials, scopes of work, and project documentation; producing AutoCAD drawings, network and commissioning documentation; identifying cabling and material needs; supporting installation and commissioning; directing technical teams through installation challenges; evaluating vendor products; and writing and commissioning digital signal-processing programs.

Build and manage relationships with music educators, school administrators, and district decision-makers across an assigned territory. Drive rental, repair, product, renewal, and program-growth sales; maintain pipeline activity in Salesforce; conduct outreach and school visits; coordinate with stores, repair shops, logistics, and customer service; and support educator events and community engagement initiatives.
