Lead HR strategy and operations as a senior executive, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS (Workday), compliance (including Title IX), workforce planning, DEI, performance management, and organizational development to support institutional goals.

Manage a portfolio of ~500 annual-giving prospects ($1,000–$25,000): identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors via face-to-face, phone, and written outreach. Track activity in Blackbaud NXT, collaborate with advancement colleagues, support campaigns and reunion fundraising, analyze data for insights, travel for meetings, and work evenings/weekends as needed to increase donor retention and upgrade giving.

Two part-time MBA student Research Assistants will review project materials, conduct preliminary institutional analyses, and draft components of a GAP analysis plan to support the NSF-funded EPIIC-SPARK project. Work is grant-funded, hourly, time-limited, and contributes directly to project implementation.
