Supports sales representatives by processing orders, maintaining customer and job records in ServiceTitan, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking materials and lead times, communicating with customers and builders, and ensuring installation readiness. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Sell garage door services, remodels, installations, upgrades, and accessories to homeowners. Manage the full sales cycle, generate leads, provide estimates, maintain ServiceTitan records, coordinate with installation teams, and follow up with customers. The role requires relationship-building, negotiation, presentations, field work, occasional evening or weekend availability, and collaboration with peers to achieve sales goals.
