Performs end-to-end ETL and data migration testing for Guidewire InsuranceSuite and downstream systems. Responsibilities include SQL-based backend validation, source-to-target reconciliation, transformation testing, test planning, defect investigation, non-functional testing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role validates data across legacy, staging, target, and reporting environments, mentors junior QA staff, and develops reusable SQL libraries, reconciliation templates, and data-testing best practices.

As a Guidewire Architect, you will define the technical architecture for PolicyCenter, lead complex integrations, mentor teams, and enhance implementation strategies using AI and automation, driving innovation in insurance technology.

Leads complex, cloud-scale security programs and roadmap execution across Product, Engineering, and Enterprise teams. Evaluates security processes, tooling, workflows, automation, and AI adoption; promotes responsible AI use and security maturity. Establishes metrics-driven decision-making, influences stakeholders, manages security technologies and compliance frameworks, and communicates with executives, technical teams, consultants, and vendors. The role requires ownership of enterprise security programs involving IGA, privileged access, Zero Trust, and SSO.
