Own and grow the Benelux territory by driving migration, expansion, and new logo acquisition. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles for Guidewire cloud and AI solutions, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain pipeline data, prepare proposals, represent Guidewire at industry events, and manage post-sale relationships with Customer Success support.

Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution for Guidewire applications in cloud and on-premise environments. Investigate logs, integrations, and configurations, coordinate fixes, follow runbooks to provision and restore services, manage incidents to meet SLAs, produce knowledge articles, and collaborate across product, operations, and services teams while using AI-assisted diagnostics and observability tools.

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you'll ensure the reliability and performance of applications on Guidewire Cloud Platform, develop automation, monitor system health, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency.
