Performs X-ray and CT imaging, maintains diagnostic equipment, leads radiology staff, supports quality assurance and performance improvement, updates protocols, manages workflow, trains team members, participates in hiring, completes clinical checklists and inventory, and represents the radiology department during regulatory surveys.

Supervises outpatient clinical operations and nursing staff while providing direct RN patient care. Responsibilities include scheduling, team training, quality audits, protocol updates, equipment and inventory oversight, medication management under DEA regulations, regulatory survey support, employee health initiatives, hiring participation, and workflow coordination. The manager supports facility leadership, maintains clinical standards, and may travel between local facilities to cover shifts.

Provides high-volume telephone support for patients and community partners, registers patients for appointments, verifies benefits and out-of-pocket costs, documents inquiries, manages medical records requests and PHI under HIPAA, and conducts post-visit follow-up calls. The role requires professional communication, accurate data handling, protocol adherence, problem solving, and coordination with facility teams.
