Lead and manage the ministry partner onboarding team for retirement and insurance clients. Oversee end-to-end onboarding, coordinate handoffs with Sales and Relationship Management, develop onboarding materials and educational resources, implement process improvements, set and monitor KPIs, gather client feedback, and drive long-term partner success while managing leaders across insurance and retirement onboarding.

Provide eligibility administration, billing, payment processing and account support for members and ministry partners. Process transactions, respond to account inquiries, ensure policy compliance, support audits and reconciliations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify process improvements to maintain service quality and operational accuracy.

Own and maintain IBOR/ABOR data integrity, reconcile custodial and private-fund records, produce accounting and performance reports, manage fee calculations and client billing, document controls and processes, lead private fund onboarding and reconciliations, and provide backup trading/cash-desk coverage to ensure operational continuity.
