Leads enterprise-wide insurance journey and business readiness across sales, underwriting, enrollment, billing, claims, servicing, finance, technology, and vendors. Owns future-state process design, resolves ownership gaps, identifies automation and simplification opportunities, assesses workforce impacts, coordinates rollout readiness, monitors post-launch health, and mentors process owners. The role supports system implementations and governance while aligning leaders and teams around operational change.

Supports insurance projects across sales, relationship management, underwriting, strategy, product development, customer service, marketing, and research. Responsibilities include developing business plans and financial models, conducting research, supporting market engagement strategies, coordinating organizational development, interpreting data, and improving processes. The intern must be a current student entering junior or senior year, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate strong communication, initiative, organization, and PC skills.

Provide strategic HR partnership to business units, lead employee relations investigations, support workforce planning, implement HR programs (performance, compensation, talent development), ensure compliance with employment law, analyze HR metrics, and drive cross-functional improvements to enhance engagement and service delivery.
