Oversees HR operations, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, personnel records, training, employment law matters, claims, and HR process improvement. The role supports investigations, disciplinary actions, workforce policies, regulatory reporting, employee development, and HR projects while managing HR Coordinator workflows and advising leadership.

Supports clinical operations by troubleshooting IT and EMR issues, managing helpdesk workflows, tracking assets and vendor invoices, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining operational processes, conducting QA reviews, supporting licensing, analyzing operational data, and coordinating projects and special initiatives.
