Teams at Guidepost Montessori

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 by observing children, preparing and maintaining an orderly learning environment, assisting with individual and small-group activities, building relationships with children and families, and collaborating with Lead Guides to foster independence and development.

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (infant, toddler, children's house 3-6): observe children, prepare and maintain the classroom, assist individual and small-group activities, build relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides.

Provide front-office administration and customer service for families and prospective parents; support admissions (scheduling tours, managing inquiries), school operations (scheduling, supply ordering, projects), utilize school systems/CRM to maintain records, float into classrooms to support teachers and children, and partner with school leadership while learning operational and leadership responsibilities.
