Lead campus strategy and operations for a Montessori preschool: grow enrollment, manage budget, hire and develop staff, build community, ensure high-fidelity Montessori programming and meet profitability targets.

Support the Head of School in daily operations, admissions, and community engagement. Manage enrollment pipeline and CRM, deliver campus tours, handle billing and vendor coordination, improve systems, and foster positive relationships with families, staff, and stakeholders.

Lead campus teams and operations for Guidepost Montessori schools in downtown Chicago, managing enrollment, family relationships, community outreach, billing and facilities coordination. Ensure mission-aligned culture, high-quality classroom experiences, and use CRM/billing systems to track leads and enrollment. Partner with regional leaders to support school performance and staff development.
