Manages strategic relationships, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develops account growth plans, gathers market intelligence, tracks engagement and revenue metrics, and collaborates with sales, client service, research, and leadership teams to improve client outcomes and expand revenue.

Manage institutional client relationships for Guidepoint’s Insights transcript library. Develop tailored engagement plans, conduct outreach and product demonstrations, support renewals, identify upsell opportunities, convert trials, and gather client feedback to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
