Support Sales Operations Specialists by requesting and uploading vendor/distributor quotes, managing Salesforce.com opportunities, processing deal registrations and orders, responding to inquiries, liaising with vendors and internal teams, and assisting process-improvement projects to ensure accurate forecasting and timely deal support.

Calculate and process commissions and variable pay using Varicent ICM; record accruals/payments, reconcile balances, review approvals and documentation, ensure payment accuracy, and support Payroll and HR teams.

Design, implement, and maintain Elastic-based data pipelines and analytics for cybersecurity. Collect and normalize enterprise event data, build Beats/Logstash ingest, administer Elastic stack on RHEL/CentOS and AWS, automate with Ansible and scripting, support data governance and a cybersecurity data catalog, produce actionable analytics, and coordinate stakeholders. Must be local to the D.C. metro area and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
