Supports regional sales operations by processing orders, generating quotes, tracking opportunities, managing Salesforce forecasts, analyzing pipelines, and supporting renewals. Partners with vendors, account executives, accounting, contracts, customers, and sales leadership. The role also helps onboard account executives, improves processes, answers operational questions, and maintains product and industry knowledge. Up to 10% travel is required.

Leads regional sales operations, including quote generation, opportunity tracking, purchase order processing, deal registration, vendor relationship coordination, and special projects. Supervises and develops Regional Sales Coordinators, conducts performance reviews, provides mentorship, and serves as backup for the Sales Operations Manager. The role emphasizes customer service, process improvement, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and flexible scheduling.

Lead cybersecurity architecture and design for federal networks. Translate strategic cyber objectives into secure engineering solutions, guide network and systems design, develop Zero Trust roadmaps, and lead technology selection across cloud security, identity, automation, AI, analytics, and secure DevOps. Advise senior executives and coordinate technical delivery for complex organizations while maintaining compliance with federal cybersecurity standards. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, substantial onsite support in Reston or Washington, D.C., and advanced cybersecurity architecture experience.
