The Clinical Application Support Analyst provides support for eCW applications, documenting incidents, assisting with changes, and engaging with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality service.

Provides on-site and remote end-user computing support, advanced troubleshooting, incident and request management, executive support, mobile device and directory administration, asset inventory, documentation, and escalation handling. Leads junior technicians, supports infrastructure and security projects, and participates in on-call coverage. Requires strong Windows, hardware, software, networking, VoIP, Active Directory, communication, and customer service skills, with regular Tulsa office support.

Provide in-person end-user computing support across Portland-area sites, triage and escalate service desk incidents, administer AD and mobile device management, maintain IT asset inventory, support infrastructure/application/security projects, and provide on-call virtual and executive-level support.
