Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and QoS. Install and configure network devices, perform maintenance and upgrades, monitor performance, plan capacity, and enforce change-management and security policies. Provide technical support within SLA requirements, collaborate with security teams, maintain PCI compliance, and support Windows Server and related systems. The role is remote but requires Dallas-area residence and onsite customer visits as needed, along with flexible shift availability.

Administer and support enterprise server, cloud, networking, identity, and Microsoft 365 environments. Deploy and maintain Windows, AWS, Azure, and collaboration platforms; manage patching, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, security controls, automation, and capacity planning. Provide escalation-level support, maintain documentation and change controls, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior administrators. The role is hybrid in Charleston, SC or remote within the US with occasional customer travel.

Provides in-person and remote desktop and end-user computing support across Portland-area offices and customer sites. Responsibilities include incident and request management, Level 1 escalation support, hardware and software troubleshooting, mobile device and directory administration, asset inventory, documentation, executive user support, and participation in infrastructure, application, and security projects. Requires on-call flexibility, travel between regional sites, and quarterly travel to Montana.
