Leads hospital revenue cycle stabilization and transition activities as a senior liaison among health system, vendor, market, facility, and technology teams. Monitors revenue cycle KPIs, coordinates issue resolution, supports command center and go-live operations, reinforces standard workflows and compliance, escalates risks, and prepares executive updates. Oversees collaboration across patient access, coding, billing, denials, payment posting, finance, and related functions while driving accountability and operational readiness.
