Lead account growth and client satisfaction for investor-owned utilities by selling and overseeing strategic advisory, technology, and risk management engagements. Build executive relationships, drive business development, manage delivery teams, improve client operations through benchmarking and process improvement, provide subject-matter leadership, and mentor junior staff.
