Analyzes healthcare claims, clinical, eligibility, and supplemental data to support value-based care programs and client decisions. Builds reliable datasets, dashboards, and custom analyses; validates results, investigates anomalies, documents methodology, and presents findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manages client analytics projects end-to-end while balancing competing priorities and maintaining long-term deliverables.

Leads technical onboarding and integration projects for clinical and claims data, EMR systems, healthcare vendors, APIs, and SFTP feeds. Coordinates internal, client, and vendor stakeholders; translates healthcare requirements into technical workflows; documents data flows and implementation procedures; performs data QA and validation; troubleshoots integration issues; and manages go-live execution and post-implementation support.

Coordinates APIs, SFTP feeds, ETL pipelines, system deployments, documentation, data QA, troubleshooting, go-live planning, and post-implementation support. Acts as the technical liaison among clinical, business, engineering, vendor, and client stakeholders while translating requirements into configurations and workflows.
