Lead onboarding, NMLS SAFE exam preparation, and ongoing training/coaching for mortgage sales teams. Design and deliver sales, product, systems, compliance, and leadership training. Manage the Client Success Assistant team, analyze performance data, partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and report training effectiveness to leadership.
