The FP&A Analyst analyzes financial and operational performance, develops budgets, forecasts, financial models, profitability analyses, and management reports. The role partners cross-functionally to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements; supports KPI planning; and uses advanced Excel and AI-enabled tools to automate reporting and improve decision-making. This hybrid Oakland position requires strong communication, business judgment, organization, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
