Provides clerical and administrative support to a rail facility and its leadership team. Responsibilities include correspondence, meeting and event coordination, file and QA record maintenance, railcar disposition, purchasing and purchase-order entry, status reporting, and communication with management, customers, and employees. The role also helps address quality assurance, production, and employee concerns.

Operate and move freight locomotives, railcars, and related equipment safely under FRA, AAR, and company rules. Monitor train speed, brakes, gauges, track conditions, signals, and equipment; assemble and switch trains; inspect railcars; operate track switches; complete reports and forms; communicate train movements; and perform minor track repair, locomotive servicing, and general labor as needed. The role requires outdoor work, heavy lifting, climbing, and passing physical, vision, hearing, and drug-screen requirements.

Operate and move locomotives and freight railcars safely and in compliance with FRA, AAR, and company rules. Inspect equipment and track, assemble/switch trains, interpret orders and signals, complete reports, and perform related rail and yard duties. Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE; may be cross-trained for minor track repair and locomotive servicing.
