Teams at Guardian Pharmacy

Process patient billing and insurance claims for a long-term care pharmacy: verify eligibility, adjudicate prescriptions, resolve rejections, manage payments/credits, support audits, run reports, and provide customer service to patients, facilities, and payers.

Lead the development of the sales plan, manage client relationships, and supervise the Account Management team to enhance pharmacy service delivery.

Drive assigned routes to deliver pharmacy totes and supplies to long-term care facilities on time. Verify orders, pick up returns, follow patient privacy rules, complete paperwork, monitor vehicle maintenance, and collaborate with team as needed.
