Teams at Guardian Pharmacy

Manages assigned pharmacy service accounts as the primary client contact, resolving service issues and coordinating with pharmacy operations. Supports onboarding, eMAR implementation, client education, quality assurance audits, vaccine clinics, regulatory guidance, business reviews, and retention initiatives. Maintains Salesforce documentation, participates in marketing and business development, and travels throughout the assigned territory. Requires an LPN nursing degree, active state license, driver’s license, and at least three years of related experience.

Builds client relationships, supports onboarding and eMAR activities, conducts clinical education and on-site in-services, performs quality assurance audits and vaccine clinics, and provides regulatory guidance. Prepares business reviews, documents account activity in Salesforce, supports marketing and business development, and travels throughout an assigned territory.

Manage pharmacy client relationships across assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Support implementations, E-MAR training, staff education, regulatory compliance, mock surveys, quality improvement, risk reduction, and service issue resolution. Partner with pharmacy operations to ensure effective delivery, monitor service levels, document improvements, and support client retention and sales growth. The role requires an active RN license, extensive travel, flexible hours, and on-site clinical education.
