Lead and coach a residential roofing sales team to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include in-home sales support, ride-alongs, recruiting and training, performance reporting and meetings, process improvement, field support, maintaining company vehicles, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate pricing and sales software.

Coordinate and convert high-volume inbound/outbound calls and web leads into sales appointments, maintain complex schedules for the estimation department, use ServiceTitan and CRM systems, communicate with customers and internal teams, and resolve customer issues while meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.
