Designs and executes manual and automated test plans, builds/maintains test frameworks and data strategies, validates APIs and business scenarios, collaborates with product and engineering, analyzes results, and improves QA processes for Disability Income software.

Design and own product- and team-level solution architectures within a value stream. Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and enterprise/platform teams to ensure scalable, secure, and standards-aligned solutions. Drive integration, cloud/hybrid architecture, proofs-of-concept, technical guidance, dependency resolution, and mentor engineers. Support production incidents and continuously reduce technical debt.

Provide hands-on support for executives and audiovisual systems, manage device lifecycle, and ensure compliance with security standards while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
