Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of SailPoint-based IAM solutions. Serve as an IAM subject matter expert, deliver integrations, connectors, automation, workflows, self-service capabilities, dashboards, and entitlement reviews, and support infrastructure upgrades and performance tuning. Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors, translate technical concepts for business stakeholders, support audits and risk assessments, and improve security controls and operational processes. Provide after-hours, weekend, and disaster recovery support as needed.

Leads enterprise API platform strategy, modernization, governance, and delivery. Establishes API security, performance, lifecycle, and engineering standards; modernizes legacy integrations; drives API adoption and reuse; improves developer tooling and self-service; partners with architecture, cybersecurity, and platform teams; and builds high-performing engineering organizations. The role requires enterprise-scale API and integration architecture expertise, strong security knowledge, stakeholder influence, and extensive engineering leadership experience.

Design, develop, unit test and maintain features for a business-critical website as a full-stack developer. Collaborate with product owners, security, QA and stakeholders within a SAFe agile team. Follow release/build/configuration management and project governance, maintain documentation, and work on microservices and front-end technologies.
