Engineer and operate secure, highly available enterprise middleware platforms, primarily IBM MQ, WebSphere, and Tomcat. Responsibilities include architecture, administration, upgrades, disaster recovery, performance tuning, troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, incident root-cause analysis, and production support. The role collaborates with application, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, network, and operations teams to deliver resilient middleware solutions and modernization initiatives.

Leads the Security Platforms function, overseeing cloud, network, endpoint, data, and platform security capabilities. Owns operating plans, budgets, workforce planning, vendor relationships, service delivery, modernization, and operational performance. Develops technical teams, establishes measurable outcomes, drives continuous improvement, and partners with cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business leaders to strengthen enterprise security and reduce risk.

Leads Guardian’s ServiceNow Risk technology strategy, roadmap, governance, operations, and modernization across IRM, BCM, TPRM, and MRM modules. Partners with Risk, technology, security, architecture, business, and vendor teams to align investments with regulatory and business needs. Oversees platform lifecycle management, releases, incidents, changes, technical debt, transformation programs, delivery teams, contractors, and strategic partners.
