Leads manufacturing, process, automation, and industrial engineering teams while aligning resources with production, capital projects, NPI, and continuous improvement. Establishes engineering standards, manages budgets and project delivery, coaches team members, and partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Maintenance. Drives Lean Manufacturing, automation, equipment reliability, process standardization, productivity improvements, and manufacturing readiness.

Oversee international inbound transportation and domestic warehouse transfers across ocean, air, parcel, truck, and rail. Manage freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, shipment visibility, freight costs, invoices, customs documentation, duty recovery, and logistics data in Acumatica. Lead rate negotiations, KPI monitoring, process improvements, system integrations, and cross-functional supply chain initiatives while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant goods movement.

Operate and configure Acumatica as the company’s canonical ERP ledger. Maintain accurate inventory, costing, purchasing, order management, and general ledger data; implement cross-functional workflows; create reports and General Inquiries; support upgrades and testing; document processes, integrations, and customizations; and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Data, IT, Software, and ERP consultants to improve data integrity and automation readiness.

Supervise daily assembly operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved. Lead staffing, work assignments, employee coaching, training, and performance management. Monitor SOP and work-instruction compliance, resolve production and resource issues, coordinate with other departments, complete production reports, and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
