Leads financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, variance analysis, executive reporting, and performance insights. Partners with senior stakeholders to guide strategic decisions, improve profitability and efficiency, and align financial planning with business objectives. Leads cross-functional initiatives, improves reporting processes, and mentors junior analysts.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across GTT’s global network, provide break/fix support, configure network devices, support migrations, and manage escalations. The role partners with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain stable, secure, high-performing services. Responsibilities also include technical validation, documentation, customer communications, recurring-issue prevention, and adherence to operational procedures. The position requires strong service-provider networking expertise, including routing protocols, Layer 2 technologies, MPLS, VPN services, SD-WAN, and SASE.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for customer voice and data networks in a 24x7 NOC environment. Responsibilities include monitoring core and edge networks, troubleshooting routing, switching, IP, optical, SD-WAN, and firewall issues, managing escalations, coordinating with vendors, documenting incidents, and mentoring junior engineers. Requires strong networking knowledge, experience with SLA-driven operations, and familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, FortiGate, Palo Alto, and related technologies.
