Provide sales administration for sub-1k MRC customers: respond to account queries, manage orders/changes, create pricing/quotes/purchase orders, process credit checks/ceases, support Account Managers, input large quotes, pull Siebel data, and track IONE Trial activations.

Provide 24/7 break/fix and operational validation for an international service provider network. Own and resolve incidents end-to-end, escalate to vendors, perform technical analysis, configure network elements, manage migrations, document support actions, and drive proactive problem management to ensure service stability and customer satisfaction.

Deliver and automate cross-functional reporting and analysis using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Excel and SQL. Partner with stakeholders across Access Management, Engineering, Service Delivery and Finance to translate requirements, produce visual insights, and improve reporting processes.
