Administer and optimize Windows and Linux infrastructure, including operating systems, SAN solutions, VMware, containers, monitoring, backup, and automation platforms. Maintain availability, security, redundancy, and performance; troubleshoot complex issues; provide second- and third-line support; develop operational scripts; and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure improvements and service delivery.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts by developing retention and expansion strategies, driving adoption of SD-WAN, SASE, Internet, and cloud networking solutions, identifying upsell opportunities, leading executive conversations, and managing forecasts and CRM activity. The role requires complex B2B technology sales experience, strong negotiation and strategic planning skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Designs, configures, provisions, activates, and troubleshoots IP, SD-WAN, and security services for global customers. Translates network designs into production deployments, supports service turn-up, manages resource allocation, creates technical documentation, improves provisioning processes, and collaborates with delivery, project, engineering, operations, and customer teams.
