Deliver and automate cross-functional reporting and analysis using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Excel and SQL. Partner with stakeholders across Access Management, Engineering, Service Delivery and Finance to translate requirements, produce visual insights, and improve reporting processes.

Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for GTT's networking and connectivity solutions. Deliver executive engagements, customer success plans, health monitoring, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service Delivery, Product and Engineering to realize long-term customer value.

Provide sales administration for sub-1k MRC customers: respond to account queries, manage orders/changes, create pricing/quotes/purchase orders, process credit checks/ceases, support Account Managers, input large quotes, pull Siebel data, and track IONE Trial activations.
