Serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-in and check-out, reservations, inquiries, customer concerns, and front desk organization. Performs administrative duties including Excel-based data entry, filing, scheduling, correspondence, and supply management. Collaborates with departments to support seamless service delivery and may assist as a personal assistant. Russian-speaking ability is mandatory.

The Safety Specialist monitors DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA compliance; audits drivers, vehicles, and facilities; investigates accidents and violations; maintains driver qualification and safety records; coordinates driver training; monitors HOS and ELD compliance; communicates safety policies; supports safety program development; and tracks safety metrics using computerized systems and Excel.

Manages customer accounts and coordinates freight from pickup through delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, communicating updates, scheduling appointments, resolving service and billing issues, negotiating rates, protecting profitability, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with carriers and internal teams. The role also supports account retention and growth by identifying additional business opportunities. It is an in-office logistics brokerage position with occasional after-hours availability for urgent shipment matters.
