Manage and expand correctional agency accounts through retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and new business development. Build executive relationships, lead account planning and business reviews, pursue opportunities, support proposals and negotiations, maintain Salesforce pipeline records, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The remote role covers New Jersey or Ohio and requires travel up to 75% of the time.

Provides first-line technical support for ViaPath products by answering customer calls, troubleshooting software and hardware, documenting tickets, escalating unresolved issues, supporting installations and upgrades, and testing equipment and platforms. The role requires strong communication, research, documentation, multitasking, and customer service skills. Candidates must work Tuesday through Saturday, participate in rotating on-call coverage after training, and handle technical support, data entry, and inmate requests as needed.

Manages network infrastructure deployment, operational readiness, network engineers, project plans, SOPs, troubleshooting, upgrades, reporting, budgets, and team development. Oversees wired and wireless network solutions, resolves performance and availability issues, coordinates infrastructure changes, and mentors staff while presenting progress to senior leadership and customers. The hybrid role is based in Dallas, Texas.
