Own and develop the company’s finance function, including financial controls, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, audit coordination, invoicing, and process improvement. Partner with the CEO on financial decisions, manage internal and external finance providers, improve cash-flow visibility, automate workflows, and support scalable BI and reporting infrastructure across international operations.

Build and scale machine learning systems for entity resolution across hundreds of millions to billions of records. Responsibilities include developing matching, clustering, deduplication, similarity, and search algorithms; engineering Spark and SQL pipelines; managing Airflow and dbt workflows; modeling data in Snowflake; and improving precision, recall, accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency. The role requires hands-on Python, distributed systems, production ML, large-scale data engineering, and algorithmic problem-solving expertise.

Own and deliver business-critical Boomi integrations connecting ticketing, marketing, ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other internal platforms. Responsibilities include designing integration flows, monitoring and troubleshooting data movement, implementing logging and alerting, maintaining documentation and version control, collaborating with developers and vendors, and contributing to future middleware architecture decisions.
