Directs Community Supported Living operations, supervising Direct Support Professionals, managing schedules and coverage, implementing individual and behavioral support plans, ensuring safe and compliant homes, overseeing budgets, and building stakeholder relationships. The role includes on-call duties and providing direct support when staffing is unavailable.

Conducts enrollment for individuals and their support networks, verifies accurate documentation, maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, improves enrollment processes, and performs outreach to community partners and referral sources. The role supports access to self-direction programs through organized administrative and stakeholder-facing services.

Manages regional enrollment operations from referral through processing, leads enrollment staff, develops referral relationships, drives enrollment growth, supports participants and external stakeholders, and improves processes. Oversees training, scheduling, performance coaching, reporting, issue resolution, and operational projects while ensuring timely, high-quality enrollment services.
