Conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services in a self-direction model. Ensure enrollment documentation is complete and accurate, educate consumers and supporters about self-direction, maintain HIPAA/confidentiality, recommend process improvements, collaborate with team members, and perform related administrative duties. Frequent community travel required.

Provide phone-based support to customers and stakeholders, manage DocuSign and document workflows, enter and maintain records in databases, review timesheets and complete payroll checklists, ensure compliance for audits, and collaborate with the team to resolve rejected timesheets and reduce errors.
