The Enrollment Specialist conducts enrollment processes for consumers and their support circles, ensures documentation accuracy, and recommends improvements while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Lead and manage the regional enrollment team to drive referrals and enrollments; cultivate relationships with case managers and referring agencies; oversee end-to-end enrollment processing; train participants and staff on GT tools (DocuSign, GT Enroll, GT Caregiver App); manage staffing, performance feedback, process improvements, and operational reporting to meet growth goals.
