Lead commercial operations for a logistics business: manage customer relationships, drive new business and tenders, negotiate pricing and contracts, ensure service delivery and compliance, oversee invoicing and cash collection, and produce performance and post-mortem reports.

Manage daily transportation operations including dispatch, routing, truck performance, regulatory compliance, safety programs, KPI monitoring, inventory control, staff mentoring, accident and complaint investigations, and operational reporting. Recommend capital expenditures and oversee performance management.

Partner with GALCO Transport leaders to implement talent, performance, L&D, compensation, industrial relations, and engagement initiatives. Coach managers, support change and capability building, manage employee relations, maintain training records, and ensure consistent HR processes aligned to business priorities and legislation.
