The HR Business Partner advises leadership on workforce strategy, employee relations, compliance, performance management, engagement, retention, recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, benefits, leave management, and HR operations. The role independently investigates workplace issues, analyzes HR metrics, coaches managers, supports organizational change, leads HR projects, and partners with safety and learning teams. It is an onsite position in Brisbane, California.

Receives, inspects, stocks, and maintains hardware inventory; pulls customer hardware orders; and collaborates with the sales team to provide excellent customer service. The onsite role requires effective communication, teamwork, organization, multitasking, initiative, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Prior retail building materials or hardware experience is preferred.

Receive and inspect inbound lumber, hardware, window, and door materials; verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips; document damage, shortages, and discrepancies; maintain an organized and safe receiving dock; coordinate with vendors and internal teams; support inventory accuracy, returned materials, process improvements, and efficient material flow.
