Work on Value Stream 2 enabling projects to support new product introductions. Lead operational improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and data analytics (Power BI, Mtell, Power Apps, Excel), learn GMP and documentation practices, support qualification/HAZOP/FMEA activities, assist engineers with troubleshooting, and help manage consumables for manufacturing campaigns.

Manage Belgian entities' direct tax reporting and compliance: compute monthly/quarterly/annual tax provisions (IFRS and BE GAAP), perform SOX controls, prepare corporate tax returns and filings, manage tax incentives and Pillar 2 computations, liaise with auditors and advisors, support audits and strategic tax projects, and drive process improvements.

Support Manufacturing Operations by managing deviation investigations, optimizing processes, and participating in technology transfers while ensuring compliance with regulations.
