The Senior Accountant will manage month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, purchased receivables accounting, US GAAP financial statements, internal controls, audits, and reporting. The role partners with Operations, Treasury, and IT to improve data integrity and automate workflows between factoring and accounting systems. It is primarily remote, with NYC-based employees attending the office at least two days weekly.

Supports financial and operational oversight of client programs by processing and reconciling transactions, investigating discrepancies, managing exceptions, monitoring risks and controls, preparing financial reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining data integrity. The role also supports user acceptance testing, system configuration, audit-ready documentation, process improvements, and accurate execution of working capital program activities.

Manage daily operations for assigned working capital programs, including client servicing, process monitoring, exception handling, risk reporting, change requests, agreement maintenance, stakeholder training, and user acceptance testing. The role coordinates with business partners, escalates risks and incidents, ensures operational policies are followed, and supports projects while maintaining accurate documentation and strong client relationships.
