Lead day-to-day business operations for Maritime Technologies including purchasing implementation, liaison to accounts payable, material tracking, office and corporate housing management, and cross-functional process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.

Develop, test, and document autonomy and GNC software for AUV systems. Implement code from design documents, collaborate with senior engineers, contribute to proposals and reports, mentor interns, and participate in software engineering initiatives. Full-time, on-site role.

Plan, manage, and execute internal communications across employee, leadership, and change communications. Own the intranet and editorial calendar, produce multimedia storytelling and executive messaging, support change/integration communications, establish communications standards, and measure employee engagement and content effectiveness.
