Responsibilities include configuring modules, creating workflows, modifying tables and business rules, administering users and permissions, performing data transformations, managing environment migrations, troubleshooting production issues, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems. The role follows Agile development practices and requires collaboration with project managers, systems engineers, architects, and integrators.

Designs and implements mission internet and cloud-based exploitation systems for a national security customer. Responsibilities include data collection and exploitation, AWS/Azure networking and security, Android emulation, VPN and multi-cloud configurations, infrastructure fingerprinting, technical architecture documentation, system analysis, troubleshooting, and technical briefings. Requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and experience supporting mission systems in a high-visibility environment.

Lead systems engineering for mission-critical satellite ground systems. Translate mission needs into architectures, requirements, ICDs, operational models, and software backlogs. Govern SysML and MBSE models, interface protocols, data schemas, verification strategies, integration testing, and requirements sell-off. Coordinate agile engineering teams, technical reviews, customer demonstrations, and cross-system interfaces across distributed and multi-vendor environments.
