Develops partnerships with crypto traders, KOLs, signal groups, and trading communities. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold outreach, negotiation, onboarding, relationship management, referral and rebate initiatives, market research, cross-team coordination, and tracking user acquisition and engagement performance.

Design, implement, test, and operate production trading systems. Own correctness, reliability, and operability of features. Resolve ambiguity, write clear maintainable code, participate in incident response and durable fixes, and collaborate through code reviews and design discussions.

Manage a portfolio of named accounts, driving account value and profitability through structured engagement, discovery, tailored commercial solutions, and deal execution. Maintain detailed client records, identify product and feature needs, communicate market and competitor insights, and influence the product roadmap. The role requires independent process building, strong written communication, and rapid fluency in complex financial products such as derivatives and perpetual swaps.
