Manage Amazon Vendor and major Italian eRetailer activities across Italy and international markets, including product launches, listings, content, brand stores, promotions, stock monitoring, and issue resolution. Analyze channel performance, budgets, media investments, and promotional ROI. Support pricing, commercial planning, digital shelf optimization, administrative processes, and management reporting while coordinating agencies and cross-functional teams.

Supports the HR Services team across the employee lifecycle, including time and attendance, expense reports, welfare and benefits. Assists with monthly labor cost reporting, HR database digitalization projects, policy updates, and employee inquiries. Requires analytical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
