Create, update, and validate restaurant menus, pricing, images, and configurations on the Grubtech platform. Ensure content accuracy across delivery channels, support onboarding and launches, follow SLAs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain content quality and documentation.

The Technical Support Specialist provides first- and second-level technical assistance to customers, ensuring system stability, quick issue resolution, and a smooth customer experience across multiple regions.
