HR Generalist supporting the full employee lifecycle at a mining operation, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, reporting, and offboarding. The role advises employees and supervisors, maintains confidential records, supports investigations and leadership development, and provides HR department coverage in an industrial environment.

Provides administrative and coordination support to mine-site leadership and multiple departments. Responsibilities include preparing documents and reports, maintaining records, coordinating meetings and calendars, supporting onboarding, purchasing, accounting, vendors, contractors, equipment tracking, safety documentation, payroll records, communications, and site events. The role requires confidentiality, organization, accuracy, and occasional access to operational or construction areas while following site safety and PPE requirements.
