Own and build GrowthX’s accounting function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, GAAP-compliant reporting, AR and collections, AP oversight, revenue recognition, financial systems, equity administration, tax coordination, treasury support, controls, and audit readiness. The role will transition bookkeeping and AP from an outsourced provider in-house, manage complex subscription and services revenue, improve aging receivables, and establish scalable accounting processes for a remote-first SaaS company.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, AI, product, data, and go-to-market roles. Partner with founders and hiring managers, source hard-to-find talent, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and improve recruiting processes. Track funnel metrics, advise on talent markets and compensation, develop candidate messaging, and shape employer brand and candidate experience. The role requires operating independently in a fast-growing, remote AI startup.

Manage post-sale client relationships for a portfolio, translate client goals into strategy, identify upsell opportunities, monitor account health, coordinate cross-functional teams, build scalable processes and playbooks, and surface AI/automation insights to clients and internal teams.
